Ilan Migdal, Founder and CEO
Ilan Migdal brings to Friendly his extensive experience in the entrepreneurial and Hi-Tech management. Prior to founding Friendly, Ilan co-founded and managed a software start-up company specializing in electronic publishing and OCR (optical character recognition) of musical notes, which was acquired by a leading foreign company in this field. He also served as a marketing manager for a large Israeli software house. He has studied programming and systems analysis and has a strong technological background. Ilan studied accounting and economics and completed an executive program in marketing and international trade at Tel Aviv University.
Vladimir Litman, VP Product Development
Vladimir joined Friendly Technologies thirteen years ago and is one of the pillars of company's growth. Vladimir started his career at Friendly Technologies as a QA Engineer, rising to his current role as VP of Product Development. In his current role, Vladimir oversees and manages the development of Friendly's line of products. During his tenure at Friendly Technologies, Vladimir has acquired a world-class expertise in Device Management over TR-069, SNMP, and OMA-DM protocols. He holds a BA in engineering from Moscow State University.
Michael Kimchy, VP Support and Professional Services
Michael has been in charge of Support and Professional Services at Friendly Technologies since 2001. Michael oversees Friendly's entire frontline technical workforce and ensures all Friendly's clients receive the needed support. He has a vast experience in deployment of large-scale and complex software systems and implementation of complicated projects. Prior to joining Friendly Technologies, Michael served a Director of Marketing at VI. Michael studied Software System Analysis at Technion University and Linux at John Bryce Academy.
Danny Locktshanov, Head of QA Department
Danny is a QA professional with over 20 years of experience. He oversees and manages Friendly's QA Department. Since he joined Friendly Technologies in September 2009 he's been reinventing, introducing and integrating proper QA culture into Friendly's daily organization operations, maximizing QA efficiency and ensuring the quality of the software. Before joining Friendly Technologies, he worked as a QA specialist at Rostelecom and fulfilled various QA positions at Bezeq (Israel Telecom giant). Danny holds BSc. in Computer System Analysis from The Open University of Israel, and BSc. in Economics and Management from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI).
