Device Management & Auto Provisioning
Friendly’s TR-069 solution delivers comprehensive remote management and auto-provisioning of CPEs that support the TR-069 standard - including modem/routers, IPTV/ STBs, ATA/VoIP, storage devices, media centers, etc.

Open Architecture, API, and SDK
Friendly’s solution provides its customers with all the tools and documents required to manage CPEs, add new CPE types, and customize and integrate the system. New CPE types can be easily added without extensive knowledge of TR-069.

Scalable Architecture
Friendly’s ACS is designed to support large numbers of CPEs. The fully clustered solution is based on J2EE - which can run over multiple platforms and support thousands of concurrent sessions. Friendly enables the management platform to be separated and to run on a different server, thereby reducing the load on the ACS itself.
