Friendly OMA-DM suite offers mobile device management solutions that streamline the deployment and support of sophisticated mobile devices. Based on the OMA-DM standard, it allows mobile operators to remotely manage all mobile devices on a single platform, reducing support and maintenance costs.

The suite is offered in two versions:

• Friendly OMA-DM for Wimax
• Friendly OMA-DM for GSM/LTE

The Friendly OMA-DM Suite includes the following modules:

Management Console - Friendly's OMA-DM's Management Console offers remote management of mobile devices from different manufacturers and operating platforms on a single interface.

Provisioning Portal - Friendly's OMA-DM Provisioning Portal automates the provisioning of subscribers to mobile services and packages. The provisioning portal offers a single unified interface for the provisioning of all device types and serves as a front end to all the back-office systems involved in the provisioning process.

Event Management - Friendly Events Management System (FEMS) allows mobile operators to gather and analyze these events, generate alarms on potential problems and low QoS levels, and take proactive measures that address these alerts.
