Position: Support Engineer


Description: Working closely with Friendly’s worldwide customer base to assist in the deployment of our products


Requirements:
  • English - mother tongue level
  • Energetic, service-oriented, quick learner
  • At least 2 years experience in technical support / customer service at ISP or telecommunications company
  • Strong technical background related to Internet, software, and communciations - a must
